Our Returns Policy

Defective Merchandise, All Customers

If you have received defective merchandise from ACEBO, you may, within 30 days of your receipt of said merchandise, contact us and request EITHER that the defective merchandise be replaced OR that you be allowd to return it for a full refund.

ACEBO may, in the interest of fairness, AND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION choose to extend beyond 30 days the period during which defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or refund.

Returns for Other Reasons

Retail Customers

Retail customers (i.e., private individuals who have purchased materials directly from ACEBO) may FOR ANY REASON return materials for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of said materials. Materials must be returned in saleable condition, and customer must bear the cost of shipment.

ACEBO may, in the interest of fairness, AND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION choose to extend beyond 30 days the period during which retail customers may return materials for refund.

Wholesale Customers

ACEBO DOES NOT ACCEPT OVERSTOCK RETURNS FROM WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS.
